Dear Heavenly Father, we praise You for a new year with new beginnings. Lord help us to leave behind those things that hinder our walk with You and help us to be bolder living a life for You. We pray for the mission team today as You guide their journey. Lord, we pray for the souls they will encounter... souls that need to hear Your word or just see love. We pray that these lives will never be the same. Lord, we pray for the mission team's families back home. Watch over them. Lord, we give You the praise, the honor and the glory. Amen.

Quick update: God's at work!!!! So many things to tell everyone but don't know where to start!! All is well in the Dominican. We are going door to door sharing the good news of Jesus, handing out medicine when needed, painted a house, attended church services, and today we are heading to an orphanage. Thank you everyone for your many prayers!! Please continue to pray for us daily...God is listening! I love you all!!

Saturday DR News!

Today, we went to Santa Rosa and led VBS and men's and women's Bible studies!! VBS was led by Hannah. It was about the birth and resurrection. Men's Bible study was led by Charlie and was about drawing near to God during trials. Tonia led the women's study. They talked about Habakkuk. Many home visits were made and hygine bags were passed out!! This afternoon, we went to Bayona for home visits and dinner. We also had a surprise 70th birthday party for Mrs. Sandra! Most Gracious Heavenly Father, We bring before you today the mission team and ask that you fill them with the words that others need to hear. Lord, give them the courage to speak your word. Prepare the hearts of those that will be receiving the word, Lord. May souls be saved today, may lives be changed , and may the ones bringing your word be blessed. Lord watch over them today and may You receive all honor, glory and praise. We ask this in Your name. Amen.
